We understand that unforeseeable events do come up, but please give us the courtesy of canceling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. There is a 50% cancellation fee for any appointments canceled during that time and a 100% fee for no-show appointments. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 3 days so we can discuss and offer an adjustment if appropriate. In the event that a resolution cannot be reached, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion. All approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment only.
